DELIVERY

During times of Covid-19 we are working closely with our partners to ensure your products are delivered in a timely manner, however, there may be delays due to Covid-19 complications and restrictions. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Processing

In order to find the perfect products for you we have had to search all corners of the world which means some items will be shipped sooner than others depending on size, custom and production. As soon as your items have been packaged and shipped you will receive a tracking number for your information.

International and Domestic (U.S.) orders will be processed within 1 – 3 business days of order, for in stock items.

All custom orders will be uniquely dependent on the product, special details will be supplied on the product description for time lines for each custom service.

SHIPPING

The standard shipping is a flat rate dependent on the size and weight of your order. Several different couriers are used including USPS. UPS, Fedex and DHL. Generally all non-custom orders should be received within 7 – 10 days from domestic suppliers. For international orders it may take up to 21 – 28 days for the items to be received due to international customs procedures.

Customs

All customs fees, taxes and duties for international shipping is paid by the customers. If they are not pre-paid they may be required upon delivery. Further information on customs and excise can obtained by visiting your countries local customs authorities.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging, unworn and tags attached. Any items that are damaged in any way may not be accepted and possibly directly returned to the customer.

Final or clearance sale items

Please note that with all returns and/or exchanges the buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees.
